Services We Provide

We provide the facility for your event.  See below for the space available outside and in
the tent.  We also provide round tables and white chairs for your event.  If you require
more or different kinds of tables and chairs, we can provide those for an additional fee.  

OUTSIDE
There are many places outside for weddings, you can pick an area that fits your wedding
style.  One place for weddings is the Spring House, other places include the meadow, by
the pond, the front terrace and side yard, or where ever suits the mood for your
wedding.  We also have a tent for your reception and it is on cement with attached
restrooms and can facilitate up to about 250 people.

What's Included:
Our wedding rates are based on an eight consecutive hour rental on Saturday and three
hours on Friday (5-8 pm) for set-up and rehearsal.  This time includes any set up time,
including caterers, DJ, decorators, musicians, etc.  We place the tables and chairs for
you so they are ready to decorate when you arrive.  We provide the trash cans and trash
bags and dispose of the trash.  You do
not have to break down the tables and chairs
when you are cleaning up.  

Weddings and receptions include the tent, tent sides with cathedral windows, 40 round
tables, 10 long tables, 250 white 'garden chairs' for the ceremony and 250 black
'reception chairs' for the reception.  If you require different tables and chairs than we
have you are responsible for the rental cost as well as the set up and tear down of rental
items unless you choose to pay us to do it at our hourly rate.  If the delivery of rental
items is outside of your block of time, we will coordinate with the rental company, and
we charge $50 (each) to be available for deliver and pick-up.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:  
  • We require a security deposit of $300 that may be returned to you after your event.
    Usually it is all returned unless additional hours were used, or the rules of the
    estate were broken.

  • Additional hours are $100 per hour (our hourly rate).

  • If the event is on a holiday weekend, (Memorial day, Independence day, Labor
    day) there is an additional $200 charge.  

Ask about a
Sunday Wedding for special hours.

To reserve a date, we require $800 at booking, which is non-refundable.  The balance
and security deposit are both due one week before your scheduled event.  We also
finalize the placement of tables and chairs for your event at that time.

VENDORS WE RECOMMEND
You are free to choose any vendor you like-we do require a professional caterer.

OTHER INFORMATION
Here is a layout of the tent that you can use to plan your event:  Tent Layout   We ask
that this be returned to us at your final appointment so we can have your tables and
chairs set up for you when you come to decorate on Friday.

We do have some items available for rent:

Tent Heater (includes propane to run during your event):                  $250
~The tent heater is added to your bill if your event is in October; if you don't need
it,         the rental fee will be returned to you.
