2004-05

Here are some projects relating to our wedding business we have worked on in the several
years we have owned the Estate--we've always got something going on!

We bought the Estate in the Spring of 2003 and did some work inside the house so it would
be nice to live in. Mostly plumbing and some electric as well as a few cosmetic things.
Then we headed to the outside to get ready to start our wedding business.

2004
We drained the pond and cleaned out roughly 4 feet of decomposed leaves and other
"sludge" from the bottom using a trackhoe, bobcat on tracks and two dump trucks.

2005
We poured the slab for the tent-6 trucks of concrete from Piqua Concrete and tons of
gravel delivered by Wooten and lots of help from friends and family.

Also on the agenda for 2005 was remodeling the Spring House. First we had to take off the
old slab on the top-with help from Piqua Steel and Crane.

Then the tanks from the old water filtration system (for the old pool) had to come out.

Next more clean up and bracing for pouring the suspended slab.
